FF131FS - Food Grade Ultra Temp 290 Chain Oil
Providing food safe lubrication for chains operating at extremely high temperatures in a range of applications within food industries, Food Grade Ultra Temp 290 utilises the latest highly polar biodegradable base oil with the addition of high levels of anti-oxidants to give exceptional wet film lubrication life at extremely high temperatures. The unique formulation ensures that FF131FS strongly adheres to chains and other machine parts operating at elevated temperatures, at the same time separating the moving parts due to its highly viscous lubricating film which is maintained even at extremely high temperatures. FF131FS evaporates at a much slower rate than other high temperature fluids, which means much improved lubrication at the extreme temperatures experienced in today’s modern commercial bakeries. Designed for the Safe Clean lubrication of conveyor chains and bearings running continuously at high temperatures, up to 280°C, and short periods up to 300°C.

FF118 - FOOD LUBE
FF118 is a clear multi-purpose pharmaceutical grade oil based lubricant, non toxic and odourless. It is a highly effective lubricant designed to meet the stringent requirements of the modern food plant. Gives protection and lubrication to moving components, in conveyors, mixers, packaging machinery, and all food processing equipment. Highly recommended for use in dairies, creameries, bakeries, fish and meat processing plants, abattoirs, canneries and throughout the food industry where incidental contact may occur with foods.

FF117 - FOOD PLANT SPRAY GREASE
Designed for use in applications within food processing plants where incidental contact with food is possible, FF117 is premium quality synthetic food grade grease, for use in all antifriction, plain bearings, slides and guides found in food processing machinery. FF117 offers instantaneous lubrication of bearings, chains and slides, conveyors, shafts and couplings on food mixers and cutting equipment, ovens and all general food processing and packaging equipment.

FF105 - EASI-SLIDE FOODSAFE SILICONE
Excellent for use on rubber, plastic, metal, wood and fabrics, FF105 offers superb light lubrication in a wide variety of applications within food and non-food industries. Ideal non-stick mould release agent and as an anti-weld splatter compound on plain metal surfaces. Effective surface polish for rubber, plastic and metal. Lubricates slides, bearings, conveyors, textile needles, food equipment and many marine applications. Water repellent for work shoes, gloves, etc. Temperature range up to 260oC. Ideal for use in food industry H1 approved for incidental food contact.

FF100A - ULTRASAFE 3H AEROSL GREASE
The world’s first Aerosol spray grease designed to meet the stringent 3H requirements for lubricants which directly contact food during processing. Specifically developed to lubricate machine parts which come into direct contact with food, for example blades in mincing machinery, this grease is also suitable for use across a range of food safe applications including slides guides etc. Ultra-Safe Food Grease 3H Aerosol contains Extreme Pressure (EP) additives and solid lubricants to provide anti-wear performance. Please note that for extremely high or low temperature, wet saturated environments, heavily loaded applications and where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants it may be recommended to use one of the other food safe aerosols in our range. All ingredients are FDA listed. Suitable for plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces. Ultra Safe is extremely well suited to use in any industry, where cleanliness and performance are important.

FF100 - ULTRASAFE 3H FOOD GREASE
The world’s first bearing grease designed to meet the stringent 3H requirements for lubricants which directly contact food during processing. Specifically developed to lubricate machine parts which come into direct contact with food, for example blades in mincing machinery, “wizard saws” etc, this grease is also suitable for use across a range of food safe applications. Ultra-Safe Food Grease 3H contains Extreme Pressure (EP) additives and solid lubricants to provide a degree of anti-wear performance. Please note that for extremely high or low temperature, wet saturated environments, heavily loaded applications and where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants it may be recommended to use one of the other food safe greases in our range. All ingredients are FDA listed. Suitable for plain and anti-friction bearings, as well as sliding surfaces. Ultra Safe is extremely well suited to use in any industry, where cleanliness and performance are important.

XX-PFPE - PFPE Teflo
Suitable for the lubrication of bearings, slides, small gears and valves operating at high temperatures, up to 280ºC constantly and/or where there is a risk of attack by chemicals or solvents, and in the presence of oxygen. Also suitable for applications requiring ‘lubrication for life’.

FF140 - White Food Safe Oil 3H
FF140 White Food Safe Oil may be used as a light lubricant in food processing plants and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. FF140 may also be used as dough divider oil and due to its non-toxic nature is safe for direct contact with foodstuffs.

FF140R - OVERHEAD RAIL FLUID
FF140R Over Head Rail Lube may be used as a light lubricant in food processing plants and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. FF140R is suitable for both manual application and application through an automatic lubricator.

FF152 - ULTRA CLEAR FOOD BEARING GREASE
ULTRA CLEAR FOOD BEARING GREASE is a synthetic gel-like grease suitable for a wide range of applications in the Food, Drink and Pharmaceutical industries or where a clean lubricating grease is desired. ULTRA CLEAR FOOD BEARING GEASE is non-melting, non-toxic and is suitable for the lubrication of plain, linear and rolling element bearings as well as for the lubrication of plastic components and O rings. The inclusion of PTFE provides good anti-wear properties. All ingredients are FDA listed and the product is registered as InS H1 and NSF H1 suitable for use in food production areas where incidental unavoidable contact with food may occur

FF156 - Ultra Food Bearing Grease
Designed for use in food processing plants where incidental contact with food is possible, Ultra Food Bearing Grease covers a wide range of food safe applications. Wet and saturated environments are commonly found in food processing environments Ultra Food Bearing Grease provides unsurpassed protection from corrosion and lubricant loss due to superb resistance to wash out, in addition wear caused by heavily loaded applications (including shock loading and extreme shear loading) is reduced or even eliminated due to the exceptional anti-wear performance of this lubricant. Where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants the sealing properties of Ultra Food Bearing Grease provide unequalled protection for bearings and machine components. Suitable for plain bearings, linear bearings and anti-friction bearings, as well as sliding surfaces. Ultra Food Bearing Grease is extremely well suited to use in any industry, where cleanliness and performance are important. Available in NLGI No’s 2, 1, 00 and 000 these greases suitable for use in a wide variety of applications

FF156E - Extreme Food Bearing Grease
Offering superb performance in load carrying, anti-wear and water resistance across a wide range of food safe applications. FF156E also provides effective lubrication in extremes of temperature, chemical and water saturated environments and where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants. ULTRA FOOD BEARING GREASE EXTREME is NSF Registered and all ingredients are FDA listed. Suitable for plain and anti-friction bearings, as well as sliding surfaces.

FF163 - Food Penetrant and release
Food Penetrant and Release Oil is formulated for use in food and pharmaceutical factories where odour and contamination have to be eliminated wherever possible, FF163 meets these requirements and is particularly suitable for use on tight or seized nuts, bolts and screws etc. Ideal as a water displacing spray for metal and electrics, and, as a light lubricant for use on string tying machines etc.

FF163WD - Food Grade Water Displacement lube
Food Grade Water Displacement lube is formulated for use in food and pharmaceutical factories where odour and contamination have to be eliminated wherever possible, FF163WD meets these requirements and is particularly suitable for use on electrical circuitry and metal components to dispel and protect from ingress by water and moisture. FF163WD is also ideal for releasing tight or seized nuts, bolts and screws etc.

FF170 - Food Grade Assembly Grease
White, non-toxic grease-like compound with a high solids lubricant content designed for use as an assembly lubricant for lubricating bushes, sliding surfaces and small open plastic or metal gears and anti-seize compound for threaded fasteners. The compound is designed to prevent damage during start up and protect against premature wear during the running in period.

FF172 - Food Grade Chain & Gear Oil
Fully synthetic food grade oil with characteristics that make it particularly suited for the lubrication of drive chains, conveyor chains and gearboxes and reduction units that are designed for an ISO 220 gearbox oil. Food Grade Chain & Gear Oil contains special additives that extend re-lubrication intervals considerably; and does not contain any mineral oil.

FF173 - Food Grade Chain Spray
Fully synthetic food grade oil in an aerosol, with characteristics that make it particularly suited for general lubrication of links, pins, pivots, small bearings, drive chains and conveyor chains. In the plastics moulding industry, due to its adhesiveness and temperature stability, this product is ideal for the lubrication of ejector pins. FOOD GRADE CHAIN SPRAY contains special additives that extend relubrication intervals considerably; and does not contain any mineral oil.

FF174 - Food Grade Airline Oil
MDS Airline oil is food grade white oil intended for the Food Preparation, Pharmaceutical and Agricultural industries. MDE Food Grade Airline oil is registered with INS H1 and the NSF H1 as a lubricant with incidental food contact

FF174D - Food Grade Divider Oil
MDS Food Grade Divider oil is exceptionally pure food safe oil intended for direct Food contact applications and use within Pharmaceutical and Agricultural industries. FF174D oil is registered with INS 3H & H1as a lubricant/release agent with direct and/or incidental food contact. Providing superb results when used as a dough divider blade oil and as a knife blade sharpening fluid.

FF175 - High Temperature Food Grease
Premium quality high temperature food industry bearing grease, which contains PTFE anti-wear and other additives and is NSF H1 registered. Suitable for use in plain anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces, guides and small high speed bearings. FF175 is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and commonly used food industry cleaning solutions.

FF176 - Food Grade Hydraulic Fluid
FOOD GRADE VHVI HYDRAULIC OILS are a food grade, non-toxic oil developed for hydraulic systems used in food, drink and pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment. Also suitable for other hydraulic systems where a clean, non-staining hydraulic oil is desired. These synthetic ester based fluids are designed to provide long life and optimum hydraulic performance across a wide load and temperature range. FF176A - PAO FG HYDRAULIC OILS
FOOD GRADE HD HYDRAULIC OILS are a food grade, non-toxic oil developed for hydraulic systems used in food, drink and pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment working under exceptional load and/or when extended lubricant life is required. This PAO based product is designed to offer the ultimate in hydraulic fluid efficiency and long life in the most arduous of conditions. In addition due to the wide operating temperature range and exceptional lubricating properties of FF176 PAO, this product may also be used to lubricate chains and other equipment including slides and guides operating at extremes of temperature and/or high loads, and offers superb protection for all types of compressor including; reciprocating, screw and vane types

FF177 - Food Grade Compressor/vacuum Fluid
MDS Food Grade compressor/vacuum lubricants are a special formulation of ultra pure synthetic base oils and antioxidant system. The result: performance that exceeds many industrial grade lubricants with no compromise in food grade purity. MDS Food Grade compressor oils are Registered INS H1 & NSF H1 for incidental food contact applications and meet FDA regulation 21 CFR, Section 178.3570

FF194FG - Food Grade Belt Dressing
Fully synthetic food grade belt dressing spray which instantly reduces slippage and allows drive belts to be run at lower tension levels. By reducing tension levels and conditioning the drive belts FF194FG extends belt life and improves performance and efficiency.

FF195 - SYNTHETIC BRISKET SAW OIL
